Shiatsu Introductory Day (1)
This one-day workshop seeks to give you first-hand experience of a few of the basic principles of Shiatsu.

Another opportunity to find out what Shiatsu has to offer, and how and where you can learn more about it. During the day students will be taught a simple relaxing routine that they can take away to practice on family and friends.

Cost: just £35 for the day, or £60 for both days (Intro 1 and 2) if booked together.
